Shipping & Handling

All orders are usually processed between 1-2 business days (excluding Holidays). Orders will be shipped once fully processed.

Available for in-stock items only.

All orders are subject to verification.

A signature may be required and additional charges may apply if there is more than one delivery attempt.

Orders placed by 12:00PM EST weekend/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order by contacting ups or other shipping provider.

  • How do I modify my order?

    If at any time you would like to modify your online order, please contact Customer Service at 732.460.1900 Monday – Friday (except Holidays) between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. You may return the items purchased if your order has already been shipped. Please see the Return and Refund Policies listed below.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you would like to cancel your online order, please contact Customer Service at 732.460.1900 Monday – Friday (except Holidays) between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

  • Can I ship to multiple locations?

    At this time we do not ship orders placed online to multiple locations. Please contact us at 732.460.1900 to place orders that you would like us to ship to multiple locations.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds:
  • If you would like to return an item(s) that you have purchased please contact the Customer Service department at 732.460.1900 Monday – Friday (except Holidays) between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. All sales are final on clearanced, & final sale items. You may return items unworn and unaltered merchandise with price tickets attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or invoice.
  • If someone has sent you a gift from NahuiOllin.com and you would like to return the item, please contact Customer Service at 732.460.1900 Monday – Friday (except Holidays) between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. You may return the item purchased with the packing slip, and you will be issued store credit for the original selling price. Without a packing slip the store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item online. At this time, store credit may not be redeemed online but may be used when placing orders by phone at 732.460.1900.

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange items purchased online. We will make every effort to accommodate your request the best we can.
